ΟΡΟΙ & ΠΡΟΫΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ
1. General
By accessing and using the LuxeCode website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or placing an order.
2. Products
LuxeCode specializes in virgin and premium hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, all items are considered hygiene-sensitive. Product descriptions, textures, and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur.
3. Shipping & Pick-Up
Orders may be shipped or collected via Pick-Up, depending on the option selected at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. LuxeCode is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, LuxeCode does not accept refunds or returns.
Once an item has been shipped or picked up, all sales are final.
5. Exchanges (Pick-Up Orders Only)
Exchanges are available exclusively for clients who selected the Pick-Up option at checkout.
If an incorrect item was selected (e.g. Body Wave instead of Natural Wave), an exchange for an item of equal or higher value may be requested before the order has been picked up.
Clients must notify LuxeCode in advance so availability can be confirmed.
Once a product has been collected and has left our physical location, no exchanges can be accepted.
6. Hygiene & Product Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, LuxeCode cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened, handled, or removed from their original condition.
7. Liability Disclaimer
LuxeCode is not responsible for improper use, installation, maintenance, or handling of hair products after purchase. Clients are encouraged to follow professional care instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of LuxeCode and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece.

Με τη χρήση της ιστοσελίδας και των υπηρεσιών της LuxeCode, αποδέχεστε τους παρόντες Όρους & Προϋποθέσεις. Εάν δεν συμφωνείτε με κάποιον από τους όρους, παρακαλούμε να μην προχωρήσετε σε παραγγελία.
2. Προϊόντα
Η LuxeCode ειδικεύεται σε virgin και premium hair extensions. Λόγω της φύσης των προϊόντων, όλα θεωρούνται προϊόντα υγιεινής. Οι περιγραφές και οι φωτογραφίες είναι όσο το δυνατόν πιο ακριβείς, ωστόσο ενδέχεται να υπάρχουν μικρές διαφοροποιήσεις.
3. Αποστολή & Παραλαβή
Οι παραγγελίες αποστέλλονται ή παραλαμβάνονται από τον χώρο μας, ανάλογα με την επιλογή στο checkout.
Οι χρόνοι παράδοσης είναι ενδεικτικοί. Η LuxeCode δεν φέρει ευθύνη για καθυστερήσεις που οφείλονται σε τρίτους.
4. Επιστροφές & Ακυρώσεις
Λόγω της φύσης των προϊόντων και των κανόνων υγιεινής, δεν γίνονται δεκτές επιστροφές ή επιστροφές χρημάτων.
Όλες οι πωλήσεις είναι οριστικές.
5. Αλλαγές (Μόνο για Παραλαβή)
Αλλαγές επιτρέπονται μόνο για παραγγελίες με επιλογή Παραλαβή.
Αλλαγή μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί μόνο πριν την παραλαβή και με προϊόν ίσης ή μεγαλύτερης αξίας, κατόπιν διαθεσιμότητας.
Μετά την παραλαβή από τον χώρο μας, δεν γίνονται δεκτές αλλαγές.
6. Υγιεινή & Ασφάλεια
Για λόγους υγιεινής, προϊόντα που έχουν ανοιχτεί ή χρησιμοποιηθεί δεν μπορούν να επιστραφούν ή να αλλαχθούν.
7. Περιορισμός Ευθύνης
Η LuxeCode δεν ευθύνεται για λανθασμένη χρήση, τοποθέτηση ή συντήρηση των προϊόντων μετά την αγορά.
8. Πνευματικά Δικαιώματα
Όλο το περιεχόμενο της ιστοσελίδας αποτελεί πνευματική ιδιοκτησία της LuxeCode και απαγορεύεται η χρήση του χωρίς άδεια.
9. Εφαρμοστέο Δίκαιο
Οι παρόντες όροι διέπονται από το Ελληνικό Δίκαιο.
